- 1 tablespoon Jed's freeze dried instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon hot water

Whisk it until the foam has stiff peaks.

Fill a cup with ice, and fill ¾ of the way up with your preferred milk choice.

Spoon the Dalgona coffee on top.
